Decided to accent the engine bay. To ofset the paint job next year I am going with silver inder the hood and any parts i order in the future will be chrome or polished. This thread needed a before picture... Pulled all the plastics... All primed and ready for paint...

Silver coating applied. 2nd coat later followed by clear.

I take my time and slowly mist the paint on until i get an even coat.

Don't let him lie to you Mark, he sprays the paint on so fast and thick that it looks like icicles hanging off. lol

Its all good Steve. You gave to screw up a few times to gain the experience. Pieces going back in one at a time... This piece looks much better now... Ready for this last piece to dry so i can clear it and get it all put back together.
