I don't have much experience in that department, but Greddy is usually a great brand to go with as far as turbos. You're gonna need a lot more than that to be a 9 second car though haha. Ebay is a great place to find full turbo kits for your car. There are plenty for Hondas on there. Some cheap, some expensive. If you find a kit on there that you like, feel free to post a link and we can probably tell you if it's good or not. Good luck!

I am not sure if I am reading this correctly or not.. You owned a Grand National that ran 9's and are currently moving on to build a turbo accord for your daughter? Or you intend to build a 9 second accord?
If it is the first one, then it shouldn't be all that difficult depending on your power goals, but if it's the second, then you are talking about one heck of a build, and honestly the turbo would be the easiest part of that kind of build compared to the rest of the work/money that would be invested.
I love Honda's and when you compare displacement to almost any other motor in the world, you won't find one with more HP per liter. That being said, the genius engineers at Honda didn't leave a whole lot of room for big improvements with the exception of forced induction, and maybe some light head work. If you do plan on forced induction, anything over 7psi as a general rule will need forged internals, most Honda motors can handle more, but for reliability sake, might as well go the distance.
There are truck loads of information out there on the web. The majority of my personal knowledge is in reference to the B Series motor, and I don't know much about the F22's. I don't think they are dramitically different in performance, but I don't have any specific info that would be helpful.
Turbonetics, Greddy, and Edelbrock are all "name brand" but there are others that perform just as well. Be carefull with no name e-bay turbos, as they will most likely prove that their low cost matches their low quality.
Good luck with the build.... Post if you need to bounce an idea around...
