Thank you sir.. I'm enjoying it.
As far as the paint goes, the rest will just have to be a surprise... lol

Are you going to do a different base color first? Or is it going to be over top of the grey?

Different base. I don't think primer would stand the test of time, plus it would look a little sloppy IMO.

UPDATE:So with the local Toyota show in mind, i wanted to give the bike a fresh look but with time/budget constraints it had to be quick and cheap.. I have been trying to get this bike under paint for some time now with no luck. This is what Becca, Dan and myself did with $35 worth of sharpie markers and spray paint.. There will be more done by showtime tomorrow, but i figured i would throw up a sneak peek.. This is probably temporary, but i really like the way it turned out so i might rock it for a little while and then maybe do it again when we have a little more time to do it perfect.. As you can see in the first pic, i kinda screwed up the prep work on the front cowl, so things like that will have to be fixed for the "final" paint job.. Dan, phenomenal job laying down that spray, thanks again for your help.. Becca, your an amazing artist.. thank you very much!

I like it a lot man. Did you spray paint it all silver/gray?? If so then clear it and the paint job is done! Man I really like that!

Thank you sir.. yeah, it was silver spray paint.. I like it too. but i think i want to re-do the paint though.. There are a few areas that are a little bit less than what i would like, the front cowl has some sanding marks in it where i was using the wrong sand paper. I didn't have the right kind and didn't feel like going all the way back out to get the right stuff. I should have though, because now it looks bad.
Either way, i like the effect, so i think i will re-do it when i have a little more time and i will get it cleared and make it permanent.

Got a new toy... I bought a few different mounts for it to make it a little more versatile and get some good footage of us rolling to the shows!
