So I have decided not to get the paint work done and instead, I purchased a set of Yokohama Advan GT semi gloss black wheels!!!!!!! 18x9.5 up front and 18x10.5 rear. 1 piece forged. Super lightweight. Being custom made right now so it might take as long as 4 months. Don't know why it takes that long, but i'm super stoked! This is what they will look like: I will put on the Seibon lip kit without being painted for the time being. Really hope I have these wheels before Ocean City though.

Oh yea those are nice. I'm thinking on going black chrome deep dish for some reason. But love these rims.

Those looks nice. Now you just need some nice meaty summer tires to throw on! I'm a personal fan of bf Goodrich kdw 2, but those aren't really a import tire haha.

No such thing James! If it grips, it will be used. Not a bad looking tire. Not sure if it's my taste though. I'm open to all tire suggestions though. Looking for something meaty

Lol gotta love the meat. I had them on my 8, and ive never had a better gripping tire and Ive gone through quite a bit of tires with the 8 I'm a fan, and also nitto tires are nice. Are you gonna have the wheels flush or with a little camber? Sent from my Xperia Z

Flush if I can, I'm not a big fan of stanced wheels and I like to keep my tires lasting as long as possible. I had Nitto NT555's on my 20's and they gripped well on dry but liked to hydroplane a lot when it was raining. Might look at the Invo's again though.

Ah nice. I can't stand camber or "stanced" wheels. Definitely dont need tires that hydroplane lol

ive driven on so many nittos... neo-gens, invos, 555, even 555Rs, of course i think you can guess what gripped best but the invo are good in the wet, but i dont think they are quite as good in the dry. I currently have BFG Supersports and I love em, although they recently changed to the new comp 2 design which I havent personally driven on but I have heard good things

I'll have to take a look at those. Looks like the wheels are coming in late June so probably won't have them for Ocean City. Will have for Tuner Evolution though!!
